Top 10 Orlando Wedding Venues (Not in any particular order)

As wedding videographers, we get access to some of the best resorts, hotels and other wedding venues in the Orlando area. Naturally, we get asked all the time where the best venues are. It so happens that Florida is a great location for residents and destination marriages and it’s hard to go wrong, but nevertheless, here is a short list of great Orlando venues for your consideration based on our experiences.

The Grand Bohemian orlando1. Bohemian Orlando – You know a venue is one of a kind when even the vendors at the Bohemian are treated well. Every stay is a memorable experience. From the arrival to the departure. The Staff is fantastic and very friendly and the wedding coordinators are very helpful and thorough. If you like the city feel for your wedding, this is your place. Seconds from many downtown landmarks makes the Bohemian a breath away from incredible formals. Lots of great pics can be found here and some nice formal shots from downtown: http://sarahbrayphotoblog.com/?p=1448

Gaylord Palms Orlando

2. Gaylord Palms Orlando – In our experience, shooting at Gaylord Palms is always an extravagant celebration. The resort features an enormous atrium filled with plants and wildlife. Footpaths & bridges to take you around from the hotel lobby to their mini downtown plaza of shops. Everything about this resort is high-class. 3. JW Marriott – Every bride and groom lucky enough to have their wedding at the Marriott knows how to throw a wedding! This Resort is located at the end of long rolling hills of a massive golf course. Walk into the JW and you find yourself in a marble lobby surrounded by grand chandeliers. This is one venue to keep in mind when planning an Orlando wedding or any grand event. 4. Rosen Shingle Creek – Knock on wood, we’ve always had great weather while shooting at the Rosen. The palm tree-lined path leading up to the secluded resort will take your breath away before you even set foot in the resort. The venue features a lovely courtyard, perfect for any wedding ceremony. The golf course makes for amazing formals and maybe a little fun the day before the wedding.
